Orders & Payment

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfer. For orders over $50,000, we require payment via wire transfer.

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to delivery.

Standard in-stock orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Custom and made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Custom Orders

We offer extensive customization options including custom dimensions, fabric and leather selection, wood finishes, metal finishes, and even completely bespoke designs.

Production time for custom orders is typically 12-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Delivery time after production is an additional 2-8 weeks depending on your location.

Changes can be made within 72 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, no changes can be made. Our design consultants will work with you to finalize all details before production starts.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to over 100 countries. International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size and weight of your order.

Our white-glove delivery service includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, installation, and removal of all packaging materials. This service is included free of charge for all orders within the continental United States.

Yes, an adult signature is required upon delivery. We will contact you 3 business days before your scheduled delivery to confirm a convenient time.

Warranty & After-Sales

We offer a lifetime warranty on all wooden frames, a 15-year warranty on upholstery and finishes for our flagship collection items, and a 10-year warranty on upholstery and finishes for all other items.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper installation or maintenance.

Please inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt and contact us immediately at +1 209 807 2887. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products & Craftsmanship

All our furniture is handcrafted by master artisans in our workshops using traditional techniques passed down through generations. We source the finest materials from around the world.

We use only the finest materials including solid hardwoods (ebony, walnut, mahogany), premium Italian full-grain leather, genuine 24K gold leaf, and rare Italian marble.

Yes, we can provide fabric, leather and wood finish samples upon request. Contact our design consultants to request a sample kit.
